Welcome to the United Cerebral Palsy Website. We have been advancing the independence of people with disabilities since 1950. Tuyen was adopted from an orphanage located in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Her name means Angel. Tuyen’s mom, Lisa, sees hope for her daughter’s future thanks to United Cerebral Palsy Children’s Services programs. Our lives have changed dramatically since we started coming here, Lisa said. There is this big light at the end of what seemed like a very dark tunnel.
