CHILDREN'S SERVICES - STEPS TO INDEPENDENCE® - ELSIE'S STORY
 Just a year ago, Elsie was unable to hold her head up, sit, crawl or walk independently. With the help of Steps to Independence® at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland, Elsie is making remarkable strides and can now sit up, crawl, and even walk around with the use of her walker! Elsie refuses to let cerebral palsy or the fact that she is legally blind stop her from achieving her dreams. With determination and a vivacious spirit compounded with UCP's Steps to Independence's® Occupational and Physical Therapists, she will continue to go further than anyone thought possible!
