Plan With Me, Not For Me–Transition Workshop

On Friday, June 8th, UCP is co-sponsoring a Transitioning Workshop for students and their families, as well as professionals in the field. Well known Advocate Norman Kunc will be presenting ideas and strategies on how to help students become more confident in intitiating the support they need.

Plan With Me, Not For Me Transition Workshop is presented in partnership with The Arc of Greater Cleveland and The Upside of Downs.
