Credit Card Security

UCP of Greater Cleveland is grateful for your support and has taken every measure to ensure the security of your online donations made through www.ucpcleveland.org. When you make an online donation and choose to pay by credit card, your browser is connected to Blackbaud Credit Card Services secure web server using communication protocol called SSL.  Once that secure connection is established, the communication between your web browser and Blackbaud’s server is encrypted, ensuring the security of your personal information.

The agency also takes great care to secure all personal information offline. Only authorized personnel within the Development or Finance Departments who are charged with specific duties related to your donation are granted access to your personal information.

Additionally, UCP of Greater Cleveland maintains its own server and carefully monitors the security of all information held on the server. Only authorized information systems employees have access to this equipment.

Refund Policy

All donations are final following the transaction.  Requests for refunds must be made directly to the Director of Development at (216) 791-8363, ext. 1228.

Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name; street address; city; state; zip code; telephone number; fax number and email addresses. UCP of Greater Cleveland does not collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily and knowingly offered.
