UCP of Greater Cleveland would like to invite developmental disability professionals, families, parents, guardians and potential clients to an Open House to celebrate the opening of our newest Adult Day Support Program site in Highland Hills.
The UCP Adult Day Support Program, started in 1999, is designed to assist individuals with multiple and severe disabilities (not limited to Cerebral Palsy) to acquire, improve and retain their highest potential quality of life and development. UCP is committed to person-centered planning which ensures that each client receives support tailored to their individual needs. The program offers a variety of individual and group activities such as music, art, horticulture and aqua therapies as well as community outings and social events.
The brand new Adult Day Support site has availability for up to twenty-eight new individuals.
UCP also has availability for three openings at our Westlake site and three openings at our UCP Wolstein Center in the Greater University Circle neighborhood.
Please join us on February 13th for an opportunity to view the new activity rooms and gain information on what makes the UCP Adult Day Support Program unique. The Highland Hills facility will be open for visitors from 3:00 to 7:00 pm with light refreshments provided. For questions or to RSVP by February 7th, please contact Natalie Kutina at 216-791-8363 ext. 1283 or Sheryl Abbuhl at firstname.lastname@example.org
