Norman

Norman became an employee of the OakLeaf Partners/Oatey group employment team in July 2017 and quickly became one of the fastest producers on the work floor. Within 6 months, Norman was learning and mastering additional job tasks. In October of last year, Oatey offered Norman the opportunity to work in their packing cell area, and his productivity quickly exceeded that of Oatey’s own employees! Norman began his new position as an Oatey employee in January of this year. To date, he continues to excel at his production and has become a go-to person for other Oatey staff members.
