Community-Sponsored Events

Throughout the year, individuals from the community create fundraising events to support the mission of UCP of Greater Cleveland.  While these are not agency-sponsored events, they raise thousands of dollars each year to sustain and expand upon programming.

Upcoming community-sponsored events include:

Educational Meeting: The Challenges of Traveling with Special Needs – Join UCP on Tuesday, September 25 at 6pm for our first installment of the “More To Say” educational meeting series. This informational session will be lead by a mother of a child with special needs, who is also a travel agent, and will include topics such as traveling on airplanes with medications, specially prepared food and liquids, getting through TSA with special equipment, what to look for, questions to ask, overall accommodations, how to save money and much more. Please contact Valerie Kessler at vkessler@ucpcleveland.org or 216-791-8363 x1407 to sign up!
